  3. The promotion commences on July 14th 2023 and closes on September 17th 2023 (The “Promotion Period”).
  4. Directors, management, employees, officers and immediate families of the promoter and its related corporate bodies, employees of associated agencies involved in this promotion are ineligible to enter this promotion.
  5. To enter the Competition, entrants must register a valid e-mail address on the specified webpage and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the giveaway, or otherwise comply to entry instructions conveyed by Q-Games official social media channels. The applicant agrees to personal information, not limited to name, e-mail address, and IP address, to be recorded for the purposes of entry validation.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason.
  7. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  8. The winner will be asked to advise on their preference of prize from the following: a Steam Deck, PlayStation 5 or Nintendo Switch – however, with regard to Section 15, the promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal or greater value to the lowest value of these three prizes should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
  9. The winners will be selected at random using a computer assisted selection tool and contacted by the e-mail address they have registered, or via the social media platform by which they have entered.
  10. This promotion is open to entrants aged 13 or over worldwide except residents in Germany, India, Canada, Australia, Italy and Greece.
  11. Any entries that the Promoter consider (in our absolute discretion) to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.
  12. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
  13. The prize must be taken by the winner as stated and cannot be transferred to another person, exchanged for other goods or services, or redeemed as cash. Any element of the prize that is unused will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded in law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or any tax liability incurred by the winner.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value of the lowest value of the three proposed prizes, should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
  16. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date and will have 14 days from notification to claim the prize.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
